Who Can Apply For a Productivity Voucher?

In short, the Productivity Voucher initiative is open to all Irish small businesses across most sectors. Your application will be screened for eligibility for the Scheme. If you are found to be Ineligible, you will be informed following the deadline for receipt of applications. Eligibility Checklist for Productivity Vouchers

❏ Your business must be domestically focused – an Irish-owned enterprise

❏ Your business must have less than 50 employees.

❏ Your business must have a turnover or balance sheet total of less than €10M

❏ Submit your application in the name of a company you have registered with the Companies Registration Office and incorporated in the Republic of Ireland at the time of application.

❏ You may also apply as a Sole Trader or as a Partnership.

❏ If your enterprise is a not-for-profit organisation or social entrepreneurship, you must operate on a commercial basis.

❏ Your business must be established for over 6 months and be trading. Startups are not eligible.

❏ Your business can operate in any sector subject to the exceptions outlined in our Terms And Conditions​.

❏ Your project must propose to avail of the full 3 days of consultancy offered to qualify.

❏ The project for which you are seeking funding must not already be approved for funding by any other State or EU funding programme

❏ Your business must not be operating within the following areas:

❏ The Primary production of agricultural products, fishery and aquaculture

❏ The Sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages where consumed on the retail premises

❏ Activities relating to the gambling sector, including ‘gaming’ (as defined in the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1956),

❏ Activities relating to Adult entertainment

❏ Activities relating to Tobacco products
